Residential packages are $175, $295 and $475. Commercial packages are $450, $750 and $1,250. Construction, roof checks, prints and multi building jobs get a written quote within one business day. See Services and pricing for what each package includes.

Send the address and what you need on the quote form, call or text (908) 899-3575, or email contact@upwindvision.com. We reply with a written quote and a date. A 50% deposit reserves it.

By Zelle or bank transfer to our business account. The deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 15 days after your files are delivered.

Photos delivered by download are not taxed in New Jersey. Jobs that include video, a print or any physical item carry NJ sales tax of 6.625%, and any tax is always shown on your quote before you book.

Anywhere in New Jersey, and nearby Pennsylvania on request. Travel is priced by distance from our base in Morris County and shown on your quote, so you know the full cost before you book.

Monday to Friday 5 to 8 am and 5 to 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 8 pm. Sunrise and golden hour flights fit inside those windows, which is when aerial light looks best.

Yes. Every commercial flight is flown under an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, with an FAA registered aircraft and $1 million in liability coverage. We can send a certificate of insurance for your file at no charge.

Usually, yes. Properties near airports such as Morristown Municipal sit in controlled airspace. We request FAA approval through LAANC before the flight, which is often granted within minutes. A few spots near larger airports need more lead time, and we will tell you when you book.

We watch wind, rain and light the day before and the morning of the shoot. If conditions would hurt the images or the flight, we reschedule at no cost.

Our drone is small and quiet, and most flights take 15 to 30 minutes. We frame for your property, keep clear of people who are not part of the shoot, and answer any neighbor who asks what we are doing.

Most listing photos are taken between about 30 and 200 feet, where the house still looks like a home and the lot lines are clear. FAA rules cap us at 400 feet above ground.

Most packages arrive in 6 to 7 business days, and larger packages (Signature, commercial video, multi building) in 9 to 10. Need it sooner? Rush delivery cuts that to 2 to 3 business days, or 4 to 5 for larger packages, for a 35% fee.

A download link with edited JPEG photos in MLS size and full resolution, plus video files in the formats you need. Listing videos come in branded and unbranded versions.

You can use them to market the property: MLS, listing sites, social media, flyers and your own website. Upwind Vision keeps the copyright. If you want to resell the images or use them for something else, ask and we will include it in your quote.

Yes. We prepare the file, order a professional lab print and frame it for you. Prints are quoted by size and include NJ sales tax.
